As of October 20, 2025 3:53 PM PDT Amazon has resovled the issue which was impacting several of our services. We have seen stability in our platform and all affected areas are once again working as expected. We apologize for any inconvenience this outage may have caused.

We apologize that we are currently experiencing issues due to an ongoing outage with Amazon's Web Services. This issue seems to be intermittent and is affecting our CRM, Emails, Social Posts, Broadly 1.0, and some Platform-Integrations. We are currently waiting for Amazon to resolve the issue on their end.
